The Anchored in Outreach Project
Anchored in Outreach is an ongoing community initiative focused on supporting homeless individuals and rough sleepers across Manchester. Through regular outreach sessions, the project provides essential food supplies and clean drinking water while also offering compassion, conversation, and human connection. More than just meeting immediate needs, Anchored in Outreach aims to raise awareness, encourage community involvement, and remind those facing hardship that they are seen, valued, and not alone.
